Claims of Copyright Infringement

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Provider's Designated Agent.

These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Indiana, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Indiana in connection with any dispute between you and Company arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms of Use each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms of Use will be in the state and/or federal courts in Hamilton County, Indiana.
